Legal Mumbo-Jumbo

WHAT'S GOING ON? ThinkGeek, Inc. is sponsoring a "FIND TIMMY" Scavenger Hunt (the "Contest"). Forty-two (42) Timmy Clones will be hidden on and around a designated location and we want you to find them. If you find a Timmy Clone, you win the attached $20 gift card (ARV $20) to ThinkGeek.com. And, you can try to win a $100 gift card by snapping a photo and posting it. It's that simple.

WHEN'S IT START? The Contest begins on August 27, 2013 at 9:00AM EST and ends on September 2, 2013 at 11:59 PM EST. WIN $100. I FOUND TIMMY! NOW WHAT? When you find a Timmy Clone with a numbered tag, you will need to take a photo of you and Timmy with the tag number clearly visible. Then you need to either, (a) post that photo on your Facebook page with ThinkGeek tagged, or (b) tweet the photo with #TimmyWuzHere. Multiple people can post a photo with a found Timmy, but only one person per photo with #TimmyWuzHere and be sure that the tag is visible in the photo. Only one entry per person. If you post multiple photos only the first photo will be a valid entry. A ThinkGeek panel of judges will then pick the best photo and award the winner a $100 gift card (ARV $100). We will notify the winner by tagging them in a post on the appropriate social channel and follow up with emails.

BEST PIC CRITERIA. On September 3, 2013, a panel of judges selected by ThinkGeek will select the Best Pic Winner based on the following criteria: (1) Originality: 33%, (2) Creativity: 33% and (3) Humor: 33%. The entry with the highest score will be the winner. In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by the highest score from amongst the tied entries in "Creativity."
