  • Meet international standard for safe solar viewing
  • 10x magnification and generous 42mm field of view
  • Perfect for Sun spotters and eclipse-watchers

You can view a solar eclipse projected through a DIY cardboard pinhole projector, tree leaves, or even a colander, but the best way to appreciate our nearest star is with magnification and direct-viewing (if you have proper eye protection!). Unless the colander is filled with pasta. Cause pasta's pretty awesome, although when the colander is filled with pasta is not necessarily the best time to put it up to your eye. But we digress.

These lightweight Celestron Eclipse Binoculars provide 10x magnification and a generous field of view for easily locating the solar disk. As for eye protection, the binoculars' lenses feature non-removable glass solar filters certified to the ISO 12312-2 international standard for safe solar viewing.
