The Second Doctor when offered a "bactial check" indignantly argues, "I'll let you know that our TARDIS is as sterile.... " The Eleventh Doctor, on the other hand, when the Silurians attempt to decontaminate him, cries out, "Remove all human germs, you remove half the things keeping me alive." So possibly the Doctor doesn't need to shower after a long day spent traveling through time and space, because the TARDIS keeps him healthy or because washing would remove symbiotic bacteria or because GALLIFREYAN PHYSIOLOGY and we should just let this line of inquiry go. Right. Something we do know for sure? His human companions still need to wash up.
This cute TARDIS soap on rope comes in an even cuter "washbag." We think it's probably for carrying your stuff to and from the shower when you're in a shared housing situation like a dorm, but we immediately thought of other uses. Put a piece of cardboard opposite the zipper, it'd be a great dopp bag. Put a piece of cardboard in the bottom, and it'd make a great clutch. Basically you get a TARDIS-themed rectangle of blue soap and a little bag you'll be coming up with a billion uses for. Tell us how you're using it in the comments below.
