Trooper Pop Art Ladies' Tee - Exclusive
Shot Troopers (better than "Shooting Troopers")
Art for the screen reimagined as screen-printed art. Well. That might be a little too deep for this shirt. How about this? Look! Colorful Stormtroopers!
Sure, everything today gets the Warhol-esque four-color pop treatment. There are even filters and tools that'll render the effect for you, and you can then stick that image on canvas and get it printed, larger than life. But what we like about this particular treatment is that it reminds us of the era in which Star Wars was created. It was the 1960s when Warhol was creating these shocking (at the time) images of pop culture, the same decade as Akira Kurosawa's samurai films and the publication of the revised edition of Joseph Campbell's The Hero With a Thousand Faces. So pop art Stormtroopers isn't so far fetched, after all.
Multicolored, pop art Stormtroopers on an asphalt, 100% cotton ladies' shirt. Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Imported.
