Keep on Trekkin'

Now we're imagining Kirk in uniform, one boot extended so he's posed in Robert Crumb's distinctive style.

It's important to remember Star Trek in its original context. This was a time when people thought disco balls and hot pants were a good idea. And right out of that aesthetic came sparkly iron-ons that you got from a cereal box or bought at the local record store. You applied them yourself to your favorite shirt (hopefully straight). Then you could wear your cool new shirt to school or the roller rink to show it off.

We did the application ourselves with this one so you don't have to worry about whether or not it's straight or where your iron has gotten off to. This retro shirt features the Enterprise with a pink planet in the background and a silver glitter background and frame. Also in silver glitter, the words "Star Trek" are writ in big letters on the front this heather grey, 50% cotton/ 50% polyester, ladies' shirt. Black contrast raglan-style sleeves and collar. Rounded hem. Machine wash cold, inside out, delicate cycle only. To keep the design from cracking, lay the shirt flat to dry. If it has serious wrinkles, ensure it's inside out and put it in the dryer for a few minutes with low or no heat. Imported.

Please note that the model is wearing a size medium.
