Star Wars Sunglasses

Helmets. We're all in agreement that they look cool, but they're just not practical to wear 100% of the time. Maybe you're having a picnic. It's a humid day out, and the helmet just isn't working for you. So off with the helmet. You can look cool later; you can feel cool now.

Even when they're not protected by the helmet, though, your eyeballs deserve protection. Fortunately, these sunglasses come with a UV400 rating, which means they block 99% of all UVA and UVB light, wavelengths up to 400 nm. Effective on planets with different peak wavelengths, too, if, for instance, they have multiple suns, although 99% might not be enough on a planet with 2 sets of solar flares.

Back to the glasses. They come in four flavors: Stormtrooper, more Stormtroopers (Group Troopers), Death Star/TIE Fighter, and Vader. Each is subtly different, so read on:

Stormtrooper - White. Stormtrooper helmet on each arm near hinge and Star Wars logo in silver. Stormtrooper helmet print repeated on inside.

Group Troopers - White. Stormtroopers in front of a blue mod pattern on each arm. Imperial Logo on upper corner of lens.

Death Star/TIE Fighter - Grey. Death Star and TIE Fighters on the left arm. Star Wars logo print repeated on inside.

Vader (a new version) - Black. Star Wars logo in silver on left arm. Vader helmet print repeated on inside.
