DeLorean Motor Company Jacket
"Drying mode on. Jacket drying. Your jacket is now dry."
We'll say this up front, just in case we've gotten anybody's hopes up: this jacket does not auto-adjust or auto-dry. Much like the hoverboards, it's still fiction.
So this jacket may not have all the technology Marty McFly encountered in the future, but it does incorporate some technology that didn't exist in 1989. For instance, it's made with a 3-layer bonded fabric (polyester soft outer shell with microfleece lining and film laminate sandwiched in-between), which provides maximum wind protection, waterproof rating of at least 8,000mm, and breathability (700-1000 g/m2/day). It has a reversed coil zipper up the front and on the pockets, and there's a full-length inner storm flap. Some more traditional technology? It has pockets: 2 exterior side pockets which close with zippers, an exterior chest pocket which closes with a zipper, an interior chest pocket which closes with a zipper, and an interior pouch.
