When will my stuff arrive?
- Orders ship Monday through Friday.
- It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

What gift options are available?
- If you're looking to buy gifts for friends and family (or if you want them to buy stuff for you), be sure to check out our Wish Lists. You can add any non-discontinued product to your wish list and share it with others to encourage accurate and awesome gifting.
- If you're not sure what to get, our Gift Cards are like giving the gift of infinite possibilities!
- Sorry, but we don't currently offer gift wrap as a service.

What about returns and exchanges?
Products can be returned or exchanged within 90 days of the order shipment date. To set up a return, click the "Return" link on your order summary, located on the Order Management page. For complete details, our Returns & Exchanges page has more info.
