Volume Purchases - FAQ
What is the minimum amount that I need to buy to qualify for a volume purchase?
Domestic orders require a minimum of 200 units per item to receive a volume discount or $8,000 minimum order value. All international orders require a minimum of 400 units per item or $15,000 minimum order value.

What are my shipping options?
Our standard shipping method for volume purchases is ground, however expedited options are available at an additional charge, for those impatient souls. These charges will be included in your order and are billed at actual cost. All orders will ship from our battle station (err, warehouse) in Ohio via UPS or FedEx.
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days. However, if an item is marked as "This item ships separately" or during times of heavy order volume (notably November and December), orders will ship 3-5 business days from when they were placed. Hey, we're only primate!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship volume purchases to Canada, Australia and Western Europe. We deeply apologize to all Naboo residents.
How do I pay for my Volume Purchase?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You may also make payment by check or money order in U.S. currency only. Sorry, Jelly Beans have not been made legal tender yet (fingers crossed!).
Can I return my purchase?
Returns on volume purchases are accepted on a case by case basis and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. For any questions on returns, please contact us at email@example.com.
