What is the minimum amount that I need to buy to qualify for a volume purchase?

Your order must be a minimum of $1,500 or 50 pieces of one item. Please remember that all quotes are valid for 30 days or while supplies last.

Do you offer custom logo-imprinting?

Yes, we offer custom imprinting of your company logo (or timeless motto or near-illegible binary code) on certain products located in the T-Shirts & Other Apparel and Mugs & Glasses sections. Please note that custom imprinting requires a minimum order of 100 units and has a delivery time of 3-6 weeks.

What are my shipping options?

Our standard shipping method for volume purchases is ground, however expedited options are available at an additional charge, for those impatient souls. These charges will be included in your order and are billed at actual cost. All orders will ship from our battle station (err, warehouse) in New Jersey via UPS or FedEx.

When will my order ship?

In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days. However, if an item is marked as "This item ships separately" or during times of heavy order volume (notably November and December), orders will ship 3-5 business days from when they were placed. Hey, we're only primate!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship volume purchases to Canada, Australia and Western Europe. We deeply apologize to all Naboo residents.

How do I pay for my Volume Purchase?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You may also make payment by check or money order in U.S. currency only. Sorry, Jelly Beans have not been made legal tender yet (fingers crossed!).

Can I return my purchase?

Returns on volume purchases are accepted on a case by case basis and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. For any questions on returns, please contact us at volumepurchase@thinkgeek.com.
