Your Xbox 360 bricked. Three flashing red lights indicate its non-responsiveness. Also known as a general hardware failure. Also known as the Red Ring of Death.
CAUSE
This is by design. You really should step away from the console and get out more.
RESOLUTION
Have you tried turning it off and back on again?
Consult the actual Microsoft Knowledge Base article for this topic. The bit you're looking for starts off "Submit a console repair request." Good luck with that. Pop quiz: what were you doing three years ago? If the answer isn't, "Playing Gears of War on my Xbox," you're probably covered under the extended RRoD warranty. Make sure you call it that. They like it when you call it that.
