Mjolnir, the famous hammer of Thor, is said to have been forged in the heart of a dying star. It can hew foes down like a scythe through wheat. In the right hands, Thor's Hammer is an instrument of justice and massive destruction. But Thor Odinson is not known for his subtlety. If you needed a surgically apply force in a delicate theater, a hammer is probably not the implement you would reach for.

So when Jim Johnstone approached Quirky with an idea of using a warhammer to clean ice off of glass, you can imagine pretty clearly that Quirky would be skeptical. And yet, open-mindedly, they soldiered on and codeveloped the Thor Ice Scraper. Though not made of Uru, and you don't have to be 'worthy,' per se, to wield it,

This ice-scraper is intelligently designed to both increase the comfort and the scraping ability of your standard ice-scrapers by adding an angled blade 90 degrees from the forward blade, so now you can scrape ice with each push and draw. Plus, the scraper's top-handle is rubberized so you can bear down with your opposite hand for increased leverage. Finally, the telescoping hand means you can reach all the way across an expansive hunk of glass and yet still collapse it enough to fit under your seat, comfortably.

Please note that the Thor Ice Scraper will not give its wielder the power of flight, nor the ability to call down lightning. It is not recommended as a crime-fighting implement. Stay frosty, people.
