Who wouldn't want to attend Otaku U? But the entrance exams are killer. You have to study hard, watch hours and hours of anime (subbed not dubbed), and read a lot of manga. And probably there's some ramen and Pocky consumption requirement in there, too.

Imagine a university specially created for like minded group of people. So, how about a University where you can get admission only if you are a comic book fan, or another university for all the video games fans? Wouldn't it be great to hang out with people who have the exact same interests? All the quizzes could be based on your interests: character development, plot arc, cheat codes. Your peers would actually understand your passion toward a particular subject as they would all be equally passionate about it. Now, wouldn't that be awesome?
