Fans of Doctor Who have long known that it's what's on the inside that counts. After all, you couldn't follow the show through multiple regenerations if it weren't true. Maybe Romana and the Fourth Doctor said it best after her regeneration (oh, wait... SPOILER... er, can you have a spoiler on something that aired back in 1984?):
