The problem with most bags is, they can hold so much gear, they tend to get overstuffed to the point of bursting. It's impossible to keep your bag from looking like Mister Creosote trying to fit just one more wafer-thin mint into his mouth, and nobody wants that, to be sure.

Luckily, the fine folks at Moleskine (pronounced MOLE-ay-SKEEN-uh, though they answer to MOLE-skin, too), have developed a sleek and soft bag that'll hold a 17" Macbook Pro, a Kindle, all the accessories and cables, plus a large A4 size notepad, assorted pens and pencils and a tin of Altoids with ease, and still look as sleek and sharp as it would if it were empty.
But wait, there's more! The unique modular flap system is made with multiple snaps. The flap can roll all the way around the bag to be extra-secure, leave a loop of flap to hold tubes, umbrellas, your jacket, or papers, or simply fold in half for a no-nonsense closure.
Wait wait! There's still more! The stiffened sides keep it standing upright like a hard-sided briefcase, but still remains as soft and supple as lamb-skin. Measure your laptop. Like TVs, laptops are listed by their measurement on the diagonal. Bags, on the other hand, are measured on the edges. Not all 17" laptops are the same size, so you'll need to measure the length & width of your closed laptop. "But my laptop is at home, ThinkGeek!" If you can't wait, Google has superpowers to tell you the dimensions of your laptop if you ask it nicely. Just input the make and model of your laptop and ye shall receive. "I've got the measurements! Now what?" Compare your laptop's measurements to the measurements of the bag. If the laptop's measurements are smaller than the bag, it fits! If one or more of the laptop's measurements are bigger, you're out of luck with this bag. Try another. |
