It's hard to explain to non-gamers how we can lose hours days of our lives in a game. How we can forget to eat, to sleep, to hold it until the verge of a potty emergency. We wish we could explain how it feels to take control of a character, to have that character be the all-powerful, awesome, ass-kicking version of ourselves.
