ThinkGeek is accutely aware of the strange phenomenon that exists between monkeys and geeks. What we are less aware of is the reason for such a phenomenon. We suspect that the word 'monkey' itself is partly to blame. It is such a damned addictive word. Try it out sometime. You can use the word 'monkey' in a variety of ways if you really put your monkeyminds to it...
One of my personal favorite uses of the word is 'monkeypork'. I have no idea why, since I've never had monkeypork, don't even know what it is, and certainly wouldn't try it in the first place. It's quite perplexing but truly attests to the magic intrinsic in a monkeyword.
