  • How long to things take to ship after I place my order?

    Our current shipping status:
    In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days.

    In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. However, if an item is marked "This item ships separately" or during times of heavy order volume (especially November and December), orders normally ship within 3-5 business days of when they were placed. Generally, all items on backorder or out of stock are marked as such on the site. Shipping transit times quoted are business days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days, and don't include holidays. Expedited shipping is available (UPS 2 Day and Next Day) and orders must be placed before 1pm Eastern time for the order to ship same-day.   • What gift options are available?

    If you're looking to buy gifts for friends and family (or if you want them to buy stuff for you), be sure to check out our Wish Lists. You can add any in-stock product to your wish list and share it with others to encourage accurate and awesome gifting.   • What about returns and exchanges?

    Products can be returned for refund, store credit, or exchange (if due to ThinkGeek error) within 90 days of the order shipment date.   • What payment methods are accepted?
