Security breach in Sector Seven: aliens - lots and lots of aliens. The Minifigure Army knows they need a bit more fire power that the weird flashlight things they've been using. They open up the special locker for just such emergencies and pass out some unbelievable firepower. Ensign Liotta grabs a Walther P38 because he knows it has all the fire power of Megatron's gun mode. Lt. Commander Frazier grabs an Assault Phaser, just like the ones used in Star Trek V and VI. Lt. Cassatt grabs an M41A Pulse Rifle, because she wants the firepower that would fend off the xenomorph in Aliens. And Lt. Mindel? Well, he just runs and hides behind a desk.

Most are cast in black plastic, but the a few are cast in other colors (as you can see) to make them stand out a bit (and the Energy Sword is clear blue).
