TGIM

ThinkGeek - it's MONDAY. The day we get to witness the third trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The day we get to buy our tickets. There are even rumors that we might be able to claim our seat for a 7 movie marathon, which begins that fateful morning at 4 a.m. It'll be interesting to see how many folks show up at 4 a.m. versus 11:30 a.m. There was a time when we would have bought marathon tickets for the entire ThinkGeek office, but, honestly, for some of us there are not enough Jujubes in either this galaxy or one far, far away to keep us awake for all of that, considering theatrical darkness and comfy chairs. On the plus side, there would be sweet Star Wars dreams....

ThinkGeek IRL is celebrating - With prizes!

If your images were on you'd see ThinkGeek IRL is celebrating - With prizes!

We can't believe our first-ever physical store is about to celebrate its 1-month anniversary already, but it must be true because we're planning something fun! So, if you happen to be making a trip to Orlando this weekend or if you're already in the area, come visit the ThinkGeek store on Saturday, 10/24, between 6-8pm in your best Cosplay or Halloween costume. There will be prizes for different categories and other surprises - see our store locations page for more details.

The Pixelle Line - Now with more power-ups

If your images were on you'd see The Pixelle Line - Now with more power-ups

The first thing y'all said after we came out with our Sprite Bag from Pixelle was that you wanted more. Not everybody needs a handbag. So make more options for us, ThinkGeek! Well, your wish is our command. We've added the Cache Backpack, the Bit Wallet, and the Byte Phone Wristlet to the line. Each features a fashionable repeating pattern of sprites. The Cache Backpack and Byte Wristlet are matchy-matchy with the Sprite Bag, and the Bit Wallet coordinates with it in a more subtle way. Like a complete armor set in an RPG, they all coordinate with the other items in the line and level up your already epic style.

Star Wars R2-D2 USB Wall Charger - A real bargain!

If your images were on you'd see Star Wars R2-D2 USB Wall Charger - A real bargain!

Many of you may have caught this R2 unit when the Jawas accidentally threw him in the scrap pile, but even at $30 this Star Wars R2-D2 USB Wall Charger is a real bargain. Measuring 3 1/2" tall by 2" wide and extending 1 1/4" from the wall, R2 plugs into a grounded outlet and provides you 2 USB ports - one 2.1A and one 1.0A. Plus, he lights up when receiving power, so it's an easy tool to bring with you when you're testing breakers. Better to be safe than sorry with electronics procured from Jawas.

Star Wars R2-D2 Cupcake Pan - Remove Death Star plans before baking

If your images were on you'd see Star Wars R2-D2 Cupcake Pan - Remove Death Star plans before baking

From the first moment we saw him, we knew Artoo was super sweet, with all those incomprehensible bloops and bleeps. And the sad whistle. We could just eat him up. And now you can, too. This set of 4 R2-D2 Cupcake Molds is ready for your baking prowess. Just mix up some cake batter and pour it directly into our favorite little astromech's body. Bake according to the instructions on whatever recipe you're using. Once these come out of the oven and cool, you can decorate and serve these up right in the mold. R2's just that versatile.

Star Wars Wooden Cutting Boards - Use knives, not lightsabers

If your images were on you'd see Star Wars Wooden Cutting Boards - Use knives, not lightsabers

Your kitchen is always seeping into the rest of your house. You just don't notice. But when you open your front door? The smell of what you cooked last night greets you, right? It only seems right, then, that your fandom should osmose into your kitchen. You need a chopping board, right? Why not pick up the cutting board that made the Kessel Run in less than twelve parsecs? Or how about the one that sliced and diced Alderaan? Too soon? Made from wood, these Star Wars Death Star and Millennium Falcon Wooden Cutting Boards won't blunt your knives, but if you use lightsabers on them, they won't last long.
