National Library Week - Check it out

It's national library week in the U.S., a holiday established in the 50s when Americans were turning to other forms of pop culture and away from reading. Sounds familiar. Here at ThinkGeek we're big fans and supporters of our libraries, both through use and donations. If you haven't visited your local library lately, take this opportunity to go check it out.

Harley Quinn Blanket - Dontcha need a blankie, Puddin?

If your images were on you'd see Harley Quinn Blanket - Dontcha need a blankie, Puddin?

We're crazy about Harleen Quinzel, pun intended. Her character feels so established. It's hard to remember she was born from Batman: The Animated Series and that she doesn't have all the history behind her that a villainess like gal-pal Ivy does. This throw features Harley Quinn posing in front of a black, red, and white harlequin argyle background. Measuring 50" x 60", it's perfect to fold over the side of the couch and break out during Batman movie sessions. Pop some popcorn. Break out the sodas. And don't forget the pudding, Puddin'.

You've gone through dozens of subpar pairs of headphones over the years. After a lot of trial and error, you've settled on The Perfect Pair of headphones for what you need, and you even got a backup pair in case they stop making them, because you don't want all that work to be for naught. However, technology constantly marches on, and one direction it's marching not all headphone manufacturers foresaw: wireless. So while your latest purchases are all Bluetooth-compatible, your favorite headphones aren't. The Smartbean can fix that. Plug the headphones' 3.5 standard audio jack into this little device, and it'll play receiver for you. Go long! Well, not longer than 30 ft., but it'll deliver your music wirelessly to your headphones pretty much anywhere within a room so you're no longer tied down.

Rhinoceros Mini-Beest Kit - Like old NES cartridges, you blow on it

If your images were on you'd see Rhinoceros Mini-Beest Kit - Like old NES cartridges, you blow on it

On Holland's beaches you don't have to worry about getting your stuff nicked or sunburn as much as you have to worry about being trampled by a runaway Strandbeest. Okay, not really (but that would look awesome in an obituary). We, for one, welcome our new Strandbeest overlords. Build your own mini-version of Theo Jansen's Animaris Rhinoceros Transport with this kit. Containing over 80 parts, it snaps together in just over an hour and a half and produces a Mini-Beest whose size is about a 6" cube. Blow on it, and it'll take off on its own, exploring your desk.

Star Wars Sunglasses - The future's so bright

If your images were on you'd see Star Wars Sunglasses - The future's so bright

Everybody needs sunglasses. Instead of getting them from a kiosk at the mall, turn to Sunglass Hutt, run by one of the most notorious (and fashionable) crime lords in the galaxy. We carry two of their most popular styles. Choose wayfarers in the color schemes of Boba Fett, a Stormtrooper, or Vader or light-up lightsaber shades in blue, green, or red. Both protect your eyes from single or twin suns' rays. We know you'll be quite happy with your purchase, which will have you asking "Boonowa tweepi, ho ho ho" like a pro in no time.

The Spy Card Deck - Top Secret!

If your images were on you'd see The Spy Card Deck - Top Secret!

The spy game is a hard one to break into. Who knows, you might already be in it now and not even know it. Best to learn the lingo, just in case. The Spy Card Deck is a deck of 54 playing cards (full set, plus two jokers), which will fill in your spy knowledge. Terminology, maps, biographies of (in)famous spies, and more await you on each of these cards. Lovingly printed on heavy card stock using typewriter fonts for the vintage look, this deck looks like it was ripped right out of Ian Fleming's knowledgeable hands (when he was young and alive, of course). And, they come in a keen box, for surreptitious gifting. Oh, Mr. Bond, we expect you to... deal.

Walking Dead "Don't Open Dead inside" Beach Towel - Got my flip flop; didn't get me

If your images were on you'd see Walking Dead Don't Open Dead inside Beach Towel - Got my flip flop; didn't get me

It's kind of strange that we haven't seen anybody on a beach in The Walking Dead. Think about it. What would you do if suddenly you had tomorrow off and it was beautiful weather? Now what would you do if you had the rest of your life off? Chilling out on the beach would be sweet. This Walking Dead bath/beach towel reads "Don't Open Dead Inside" with hands coming out the middle. So if you're using it on a beach before the zombie apocalypse, you pretty much don't have to worry about anybody messing with your stuff if you have this in your spot.

Just because you've got lots of things to do with your hands and need to keep them protected doesn't mean you shouldn't be able to use your capacitive-touch phone. That's why we got these PIG Full-Dexterity Tactical Alpha Touch Gloves. Their selling-point is that they protect your hands while allowing a full range of movement and are supple enough to allow feedback through the fabric so it's less like you're wearing a glove. Plus, they have silver thread in the index fingers and thumbs to allow for touchscreen use without compromising your finger's protection, because we like our index fingers. It's a great tactical glove created with technology in mind.

Game of Thrones 3 Eyed Raven Plush - Fly or die

If your images were on you'd see Game of Thrones 3 Eyed Raven Plush - Fly or die

In George R.R Martin's books, the bird which appears to Bran is a three-eyed crow, but in the HBO adaptation, they've made it a raven. Well, they call it a raven, but in actuality the three-eyed bird in question is most likely played by cravens Lily or Romeo. (Craven is the name for a crow/raven cross, not an insult to their bravery.) And then they have an leg and an extra eye added in post. (Both are one-legged.) This 3-Eyed Raven Plush, on the other hand, comes pre-equipped with three eyes and the standard complement of legs. In fact, his legs are wired so you can pose him how you want. For instance, peering down at someone, waiting for them to realize what's odd about your stuffed animal. That's always a good moment.
