A Very Happy (un)Birthday

"'And what is the use of a book,' thought Alice, 'without pictures or conversations?'" On this day in 1820, Sir John Tenniel was born. His prints are such a vital part of the world of Alice in Wonderland, it's hard to imagine the works without him. But Through The Looking Glass nearly had a different artist, because Tenniel was so busy with his full-time job (drawing political cartoons). That side project you've been working on which you never have time for? Take a little overtime from work and put it into that project this weekend. It may be what you're remembered for.

Star Trek Spock Uniform Watch - Fascinating

If your images were on you'd see Star Trek Spock Uniform Watch - Fascinating

An analog watch is a good analog (see what we did there?) for Vulcans' relationship with humans. Vulcans are precise, not influenced by the filter of emotions. Humans are inconstant. Capricious. Variable and fickle. And like an analog watch, subject to interpretation. Pick up this analog Spock watch and represent the complex relationship between Vulcans and humans on your wrist. With a science blue strap and the insignia on the face, this watch marks you as a Star Trek fan without requiring a costume.

Become a Laird (Lord) or Lady Gift Box - Laird of Dunans Castle

If your images were on you'd see Become a Laird (Lord) or Lady Gift Box - Laird of Dunans Castle

Tired of being just a boring Mr. or Ms. or something like that? Want to be able to be called something fancier? Well, we have the solution. Get this kit, fill out and send in the inside things, and then you will "own" one square foot of Scottish land in the grounds of Dunans Castle. You will now technically be able to use the prefix of "Laird" or "Lady" (not to be confused with the English aristocratic titles of "Lord" or "Lady"). Will you hold rank or power? Nope. Can you live on this land? Nope. But you will be a "laird" or "lady" and have an official certificate to prove it! More importantly, you'll be helping to preserve/restore Dunans Castle in Scotland. Plus, your lairdship entitles you to a free tour of the castle if you find yourself in Scotland. Win-win!

Doctor Who Eleventh Doctor 8-Inch Action Figure - Limited-time time traveler

If your images were on you'd see Doctor Who Eleventh Doctor 8-Inch Action Figure - Limited-time time traveler

If you like this Eleventh Doctor figure from Bif Bang Pow!, you want to act now. Their Doctor Who license expired, and although somebody else might get the license or they might get it back, at this point we can't be sure. What we can be sure of is that this figure is likely to move quickly. The head sculpt looks a lot like actor Matt Smith, right down to the "could use a haircut" hairstyle. He's wearing real fabric clothes including his tweed jacket and comes with an appropriately-sized sonic screwdriver, so he's ready for adventure!

Twisted Boards 3D Face Whiteboard - Put a good face on

If your images were on you'd see Twisted Boards 3D Face Whiteboard - Put a good face on

Whiteboards are generally associated with long, boring lectures and tedious presentations. Twisted Boards is here to put a fun spin on whiteboards. This 3D whiteboard has a face coming out of it. Draw your friends. Draw your teachers. Draw your boss. Draw your boss as a supervillain (same thing?). Put it next to the phone to illustrate who called. Hang it on the wall and bellow, "I am not a number! I am a free man!" Cosplay as a Node. Take it to a JabbaWockeeZ performance and get them to autograph it. The possibilities are endless. The possibilities are also weird.

Plynosaur Dromeosaurus Skull Model - Rawr!

If your images were on you'd see Plynosaur Dromeosaurus Skull Model - Rawr!

Dromaeosaurus stood around 6 ft. tall and if he'd been a contemporary of humans he could have handed a human's butt to it with one three-toed, sickle-clawed hand. He was a carnivore that ran quickly (that's what his name means). Add in sharp teeth and big eyes and you get an idea of how unpleasant a house guest he'd be. But this one? He's right at home on your coffee table. This foot long plywood model of dromaeosaurus skull is almost actual size. The jaw has stopping pins so you can keep it open at different angles. Buy it today to display and menace your coworkers or siblings.
