T-Shirts & Apparel Geek Toys Electronics Gadgets Computer Stuff Caffeine & Edibles What's New OMGWTFUN! Clearance

Greetings, furry-footed friends,

It's Tolkien Week and we're celebrating by running around the office barefoot and drinking ale in pints. PINTS! Today it's Bilbo and Frodo's birthdays and we've got a big cake with a spread of all sorts of mushroom-related dishes. (It's often said a hobbit is a fungi. You are what you eat!) Then there will be dancing and singing and partying until the wee hours of the night.

Good thing we have monkey robots running the warehouse because otherwise, we might forget your order. *hic*

Star Trek Enterprise Pizza Cutter: Boldy cut pizza where no man has cut before! Perfect for battling Romulans in the neutral zone or precision pizza slicing.

One of the best things about getting out of the Shire was realizing that in other parts of the land, ale came in pints. What's the point of traveling the world if you can't discover new ways to fill your belly? Om nom nom! Use code PINTSFTW for $10 off a $30 order, good through 9/24 11:59PM ET.

Death Star Planetarium - See the stars you might want to blow up

If our planetarium featured Star Wars, we're sure that even the makeout couple would have unlocked faces long enough to stare into the sea of stars and planets. There's Naboo! And Dagobah! And Alderaan! Let's face it, we feel closer to these locations than we'll ever feel to our next-planet-neighbors Venus and Mars. But just in case you want some real educational value out of this Death Star, there's a second dome that shows the night sky of Earth, constellations and all.

TK-421 iPhone Case with Flip-Out Keyboard - Take THAT, Blackberry!

If your images were on you'd see TK-421 iPhone Case with Flip-Out Keyboard - Take THAT, Blackberry!

We taunt our monkeys Brett & Julie for sticking with Blackberry, but we have to agree, the physical keyboard is pretty handy to have. Even though our iPhone enthusiasts are used to typing on glass with no tactile feedback, nothing beats having real old skool style buttons to mash your thumbs on. In November, you can have the best of both worlds with the TK-421 iPhone case with flip-out keyboard. This case has a handy built-in keyboard that rotates out when needed. Use it for emails, texting, and apps. It's almost like your iPhone gained an extra super power!

SpyNet Night Vision Binoculars - See in complete darkness

Batman, The Punisher, and even real life super heroes such as Special Ops dudes and dudettes all love one gadget over all: night vision goggles. And now you can have some of your own, without breaking open all your buried piggy banks. These night vision binocs are priced like a kid's toy, but work just as good as an expensive pair. You can see up to 50 feet away in complete darkness. Just promise to use them for good, defending others, and spying on your pets at night.

Lord of the Rings Mini Plush - Mini Middle Eartheans

If your images were on you'd see Lord of the Rings Mini Plush - Mini Middle Eartheans

Deep in the White Mountains of Middle Earth is a cave. Deep within that cave is a strange sight: a copy of Middle Earth, but all in plush. Everything: Ringwraiths, Hobbits, Orcs, Wizards, The Great Smelly One, you name it. Well, we managed (with a little help from our precious friend) to smuggle out four different plushies and, using our brand new Clone-a-matic 4000, can offer them to you. Gandalf, Legolas, Frodo, and an Orc--all small, cute, soft, and ready to hug. Behold, the plush of Middle Earth!

Knife Coat Hook and Fridge Magnet - Stab your stuff

Sometimes the easiest way to make a point is to use the point of a knife--like when you have to teach cheese who's boss (hey, someone has to cut it). Going with that thought, knives stuck in walls are sure to convey a message. And why not use this look to hold your coats? Just get some Knife Coat Hooks. They aren't really stabbed into your wall, just screwed in. Want to hang your kid's art on the fridge in style? Then get some Knife Fridge Magnets. You'll be the most badass parent ever!

Star Wars Sound Drop Keychains - Japanese imported goodies

If your images were on you'd see Star Wars Sound Drop Keychains - Japanese imported goodies

SoundDrop Keychains are simple things: just a plastic doodad with some art on it and a big, friendly button. Press that big, friendly button and you'll be rewarded with a noise--in this case, from everyone's favorite space saga, Star Wars. Vader's black keychain features his instantly recognizable breathing, perfect for prank phone calls. The red keychain allows you to reenact lightsaber battles while riding the subway. The Chewie-licious sound from the brown keychain will make people think twice before beating you at Zombie Fluxx. Collect all six keychains if you hope to achieve true Star Wars uber fanboy status.

Dart Automatic Pet Laser Toy - 360 degrees of laser fun

The Dart is an automatic rotating laser light that will delight the feline or canine in your life. And if we're being honest (scout's honor!) it's pretty amusing for people, too. Place Dart on a level and stable surface (o hai, floor!), turn it on and watch the chase begin! Variable speeds and timer settings offer 16 exciting play combinations. Our personal favorite is using it to distract the kitties when the humans are going to bed. By the time the timer shuts off the Dart, all the humans are snuggled in bed and asleep behind closed doors. Do we miss the snuggles? Yes. Do we miss pointy paws between our ribs and being meowed in the face at 5 am? Not so much.

Tocky Rolling Ball Alarm Clock - Clocky gets a new wheel-less design

If your images were on you'd see Tocky Rolling Ball Alarm Clock - Clocky gets a new wheel-less design

By now, everybody knows Clocky--the alarm clock that rolls away and hides from you when it's time to wake up. The graduate-student project turned international phenomenon has been updated with a new style and more power! First: no more wheels! It rolls off and bumbles along on its own, with no apparent visible means of locomotion. Second: MP3 capability! Play back your own favorite wake-up music (just like NASA astronauts), or record your own reminder message via the built-in microphone. Remember, you'll have to chase him down to turn him off! And hey, as long as you're up, sudo make me some coffee.

Orange Laser Pointer - Not your average laser

Lasers are red, lasers are blue, lasers are green and go pew pew pew. But what, oh what, oh what do you do, when you don't like red... or green... or blue? You go orange, that's what you should do. We call this an orange laser pointer, but in reality, it's in the "yellow" spectrum. They're much more difficult and expensive to produce compared to the more commonplace red or green laser and are the newest of the colors on the market. The mechanism, known as DPSS, is similar to green laser pointers. Most smaller 593.5 nm pointers work in pulsed mode so they can use smaller and less powerful pumping diodes.

Perfect Portions Nutrition Scale - For weighty matters

If your images were on you'd see Perfect Portions Nutrition Scale - For weighty matters

Are you a geek looking to lose weight? So are we. The problem is, we're geeks. We spent our lives learning how to game any system involving numbers. Back in chemistry class, when our lab had to be under a certain percent error to get an A, what did we do? We fudged the numbers, that's what. What do we do on our diets? Whether it's counting calories, Points, or carbs, we unconsciously tweak the numbers to meet the expected target. And then we whine and complain when the scale doesn't reward us for our A+ work. The Perfect Portions Nutrition Scale will make you be honest about just how big that piece of chicken really is. Put it on the scale and the nutrition label will pop up on the screen with all the right numbers.

Remote Control Lightsaber Room Light - For little padawans

As wee geeks, we were irrational little beings. We believed that monsters lived under our beds and that when the lights went out, horrible things could happen to us. How much more secure would we have been in our beds if we had this Lightsaber Room Light mounted on our wall? Press the button on the remote control and the hilt fires up and light fills the room. Certainly this would have terrified any monstrous creature and kept us safe. Give your wee geek the peace of mind you didn't have. This kit has everything you need to construct and mount a lightsaber lamp. Choose from 8 awesome color effects, plus auto-spectrum using the remote control.

Platonic Solids Set - When Dungeons and Dragons meets modern art

If your images were on you'd see Platonic Solids Set - When Dungeons and Dragons meets modern art

In D&D, your standard set of dice includes the 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 20 sided dice. All save the d10 are what math-geeks call the "platonic solids," or 3d geometric shapes that are made of congruent regular polygons. Whether you're into tabletop RPGs or totally dig on convex polyhedrons, these should resonate with you. A set of 5 hand-made wooden objects named after the Greek philosopher Plato will make your desk look classy--like you're researching Kepler's misguided effort to describe the orbits of the then 5 known planets using platonic solids, or perhaps are advertising your desire to join ThinkGeek's regular Thursday night 4th Edition game.

Star Wars Bookends - Sliced down the middle

This set of bookends looks just like the Star Wars logo, but neatly chopped down the center much like one could do with a lightsaber. All you need are some books, DVDs, or CDs to put inbetween them and you have a galactastic way of displaying your most-needed reference items. Perfect for cube dwellers who can't install shelving, or at home for displaying your Millennium Falcoln Owner's Guide, Star Wars Cookbooks, and your geekling's Star Wars ABCs.
