Exercise your brain! It's good for you!
They say that regular brain exercise can reduce the risk of contracting Alzheimers in half. HALF! Now, before you drop-and-gimme-twenty brain-pushups, brain-excercise means puzzles! Mind-bending, brain-working, noggin… noodling…? Okay, I'm stretching a little bit. Perhaps I need more exercise?

The key to proper exercise, brain or body, is variety. One exercise won't do. Your brain will get used to the same exercise and stall in its growth. Multiple puzzles, that take advantage of spatial relations, pattern matching, and hand-eye coordination keep your grey-matter from turning into atrophied goo.
Pump some neurons! Blast your basal ganglia! No pain? No gain! Well, if there's pain you should see a doctor, or take an aspirin or something.
