We love these. Very, very much. In fact we are building a sculpture out of empty tins (we'll show you that later...)
Three penguin mints are equivalent to about 1 coke in terms of caffeine. There are about 75 mints per tin. Drop one in a bawls if you want to get serious (actually, we've named this concoction the 'fizzling blue bawls')
