I have found that if I eat a Hershey bar and them immediately drink Mountain Dew (the soft drink, not actual mountain dew) it tastes like water.

does it really make fruit taste better? because i can't stand fruit i can't even stand the smell of it, its so bad i can't even be in the same room if somebody peels an orange, could this solve my problems? i have been ridiculed for this and have I just found a potentioal cure?

@Qthedude I don't know if it will make fruit taste better, but it will make it taste sweeter. I don't know if that will help you though, but you can always start eating mustard instead!

We threw a little Miracle Berry party last night, had some friends over and tasted a bunch of stuff. The big hit was Cholula, the hot sauce: I thought it was like "essence of hotness" without burning my tongue, and just a hint of sweet. Pineapple was changed subtly (tasted slightly creamy to me). Lemons and limes were popular -- they take a little getting used-to, because you can *feel* the citric acid tang in your mouth but not taste it, you just taste the sweet part of lemon and lime. Grapes and mangos were unchanged, and our apple was like a sugary apple (not really good). I really dislike rhubarb, but during the berry hour, it was basically just like sour green apple (with its fibrous skin, bleah). I'm not a fan of sour green apple either, but whatever. Turnip tasted like potato and smelled like onion, universally reviled with words like musty, mushroomy, dirty. Tonic water was sweeter but still slightly bitter, and club soda wasn't much of anything. Apple cider vinegar tasted like rotten apples, bleah, but white balsamic vinegar wasn't bad and raspberry balsamic vinegar was quite good, sweet but still very strong. One of us tried straight liquid smoke and pronounced it not bad. We're all vegan so we passed around plain soy yogurt, which was a little disappointing, it still didn't taste great (we'll try flavored yogurt next time). I quite liked a spoonful of tofu sour cream, it was somewhere between a rich cream-cheese and a cheesecake filling, but I wasn't about to shovel a tub of sour cream into my maw no matter how good it tasted. Good sarsaparilla turned into crummy A&W root beer and Mountain Dew became "oily food coloring." Coke was just Coke. The flavored potato chips (salt-and-vinegar and chipotle-barbeque) were quite popular and a good more-neutral way to end the evening. All in all quite fun!

Ordered and eagerly awaiting! I'm looking forward to coffee and mustard, and I may chew up some aspirin just for the hell of it.

WOW! I JUST GOT MINE! Everything is so delicious. Oranges tasted like the best orange juice ever. Limes and lemons tasted like really sweet limeade and lemonade. Cheddar cheese (which I don't like normally) only had the cheddar flavor, none of the normal cheese taste. Broccoli didn't change much. Mint Altoids lost almost all of their strong mint taste. Black coffee tasted like coffee beans and not as bitter as black coffee is. I managed to drink a shot of mustard because it tasted like awesome honey mustard. Homemade garlic dill pickles tasted like they were covered in sugar (pretty good, but I prefer the regular ones). Burnt caramel corn tasted like good caramel corn. I rate this product a 10/10! BUY IT NOW!

Oh my god. Does anyone know if this affects supertasters differently? Because I would absolutely love to be able to brush my teeth without almost swallowing my own tongue to get away from the nasty mint.

I got these, only tried one tablet, first a half then another half, the tablets themselves taste HORRIBLE, and it didn't seem to have any effect, I don't know if I didn't hold it in the right spot or what, I moved it all around with my finger to every spot on my tongue and mostly had it in the exact center, but still nothing

Eureka! i had a brilliant idea! first have one of these, than go up to one of your coworkers with a wasabi gumball. say it tastes good, then give him/her a wasabi gumball! it will taste good to you, but they will feel horrible pain and agony! try it!
